Che Go Eun is a visual artist creating digital collages, drawings, 3D models, games design applications and VR animation.
She takes inspiration from love, video games, manga, anime, folklore, religion and mythology.
She is drawn to the subject of 'forgotten women'. She researches about historical female characters from west and asia(Seon-nyeo, Kumiho, and Fiere Margriet etc.), and collages them relate to current social issues.
She received her BA in Visual Arts from Sejong University in Seoul and her MA from MaHKU, Utrecht. She is a 2018 HISK laureate.
