On the occasion of the 11th edition of Antwerp Art Weekend, we are pleased to invite you to several special events:
• Thursday 29 May, 16:00–18:00 – Intervention by Jana Rippmann
Jana Rippmann will temporarily alter the current setup of her installation. A unique opportunity to experience her work from a new perspective. Everyone is welcome.
• Saturday 31 May, 15:00 – Portfolio book presentation by Devrim Lingnau
In addition to her artistic practice, Devrim Lingnau is also known as an actress – recently starring in the Netflix series The Empress (Die Kaiserin). During this event, she will present her portfolio book and discuss her artistic work.
• Saturday 31 May, 16:00 – Book presentation by Julla Kroner, in conversation with Antoine Waterkeyn
A thoughtful conversation about art, text, and process, on the occasion of Kroner’s recent publication. The talk will be preceded by a performance by the artist.
All participating artists will be present on Saturday!
